Bauer claimed that the FBI \u201chad full access to the President\u2019s home, including personally handwritten notes, files, papers, binders, memorabilia, to-do lists, schedules, and reminders going back decades.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Former Chief Asst. Andy McCarthy, U.S. Attorney, said that Biden did not have the option of allowing the FBI to search his home.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBiden didn\u2019t consent to FBI search b\/c he\u2019s Mr Cooperation. He consented b\/c there was probable cause of crimes,\u201d McCarthy stated. \u201cIf he didn\u2019t agree, next step would\u2019ve been special counsel getting a search warrant (ie, judicial finding of probable cause). Serious Q: how on earth did he do that?\u201d Cruz <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/tedcruz\/status\/1616957101124816898?cxt=HHwWhMC42dP6yvAsAAAA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tweeted<\/a>. \u201cI\u2019ve served in the Senate for 10 years. EVERY single classified doc I\u2019ve read\u2014100%\u2014have been in a secure SCIF in the basement of the Capitol. What the hell??\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Senator Josh Hawley (Republican-MO) also spoke out, stating that the pattern showed criminal behavior by the president.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll the way back to the Senate years. Sounds like a pattern of serial contempt for the law,\u201d Hawley <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/HawleyMO\/status\/1617002051774418944?cxt=HHwWgMC8kZCz3_AsAAAA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wrote<\/a>. \u201cThe American people have a right to know what was in all these documents Biden was illegally hoarding.
