The whistleblower\u2019s allegations raise more questions about the FBI\u2019s involvement in the investigation of Konnech and the Los Angeles County district attorney\u2019s office\u2019s decision to drop its criminal case against Yu.<\/p>\n<p>In a sworn civil <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scribd.com\/document\/620894361\/22-12-22-Verified-Complaint-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">complaint<\/a> filed late last month in a Michigan state court, a former employee of Konnech, Grant Bradley, provided an insider\u2019s tale of the operations of the election data firm. The verified complaint states that Konnech offers \u201celection logistic software\u201d To 32 North American clients, using \u201cdevelopers, designers and coders\u201d Who \u201care all Chinese nationals based out of Wuhan, China.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bradley asserts that Bradley \u201cworked with the Chinese programmers on a daily basis,\u201d He also said that \u201cwitnessed customer\u2019s data (specifically poll watcher information) being made accessible to foreign nationals from China.\u201d Bradley claims that his supervisors told him that foreign nationals could have access to the data when he raised concerns. \u201ceveryone [other software companies like Microsoft and Apple] was doing it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bradley claimed that he was alive and well until September 2022. \u201cdid not know the full extent of the information provided to the Chinese nationals.\u201d In September of 2022, however, Konnech sued True the Vote for publicly accusing the Michigan-based company of storing poll workers\u2019 data on servers in China.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p> <a title=\"View 22-12-22 Verified Complaint (1) on Scribd\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scribd.com\/document\/620894361\/22-12-22-Verified-Complaint-1#from_embed\">22-12-22 Verified Complaint (1)<\/a> By <a title=\"View The Federalist&#039;s profile on Scribd\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scribd.com\/user\/274202084\/The-Federalist#from_embed\">The Federalist<\/a> Scribd<\/p>\n<p>Konnech\u2019s lawsuit against True the Vote followed a series of podcasts the organization\u2019s founder, Catherine Engelbrecht, and a former board member who works closely with her, Gregg Phillips, participated in starting in August of 2022. During those podcasts, the duo claimed they had been assisting the FBI to expose Konnech\u2019s purported use of a server in China to store election workers\u2019 personal identifying information.
