They surveyed 1,184 pilots in the fourth quarter 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Pay is the most affected region in Asia-Pacific, with almost half of those surveyed reporting lower salaries. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/t-earnings\">earnings<\/a>. However, 73 percent of North Americans surveyed reported higher salaries. This is due to the intense demand for pilots during traffic booms.<\/p>\n<p>Nearly two-thirds say they are open to changing jobs for better wages and conditions within the next twelve months.
