The report said Lausch\u2019s team not using a \u201c302\u201d The informal nature of the interview was emphasized in the form used to commemorate it. The report also stressed that all statements made to a U.S. attorney\u2019s office carry the same legal weight.<\/p>\n<p>A \u201csource briefed on the matter\u201d said Moore gave non-classified personal documents to the National Archives that included speeches and reference material sent from the Penn Biden Center to the attorney\u2019s law office in Boston, per the report.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, Attorney General Merrick Garland declared that he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/merrick-garland-appoints-special-counsel-to-investigate-biden-classified-document-scandal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">appointed<\/a> Robert Hur, a former U.S. Assistant, was appointed as special counsel in order to assume the charge of this criminal investigation. Hur is investigating\u00a0whether there were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/opa\/speech\/attorney-general-merrick-b-garland-delivers-remarks-appointment-special-counsel-0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">any violations of law<\/a> in connection to classified documents found in Biden\u2019s former Penn Biden Center office in Washington, D.C., and in his home in Wilmington, Delaware.<\/p>\n<p>According to the new report, Hurr may continue to put together a team or reinterview witnesses.<\/p>\n<p>Some documents are included in the collection. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/classified-documents-found-in-bidens-private-office-contained-top-secret-material-report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">have \u201ctop secret\u201d materials<\/a>, date back to Biden\u2019s time as vice president. The discovery of the first batch, which was believed to have been made in November, just days before the 2022 midterm elections took place, did not become public until last Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The timeline <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/mviser\/status\/1614306757374877703\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">provided by Biden\u2019s personal legal team<\/a>, Biden\u2019s personal attorneys immediately reached out to the National Archives on the day of the initial discovery on November 2. Biden\u2019s personal attorneys \u201canticipated\u201d The agency would notify Justice Department. On November 10, Justice Department informed them that they had launched their assessment. Subsequent searches led to the discovery of more classified materials at Biden\u2019s Wilmington residence in December and January.<\/p>\n<p>Federal investigators have already interviewed Biden&#8217;s aides. Kathy Chung was an executive assistant to Biden when he was vice-president and is now an aide for Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/white-house\/multiple-biden-aides-interviewed-federal-law-enforcement-classified-do-rcna65526\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according to NBC News<\/a>. That report said Chung helped pack up Biden\u2019s vice presidential office in January 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Richard Sauber, special counsel to the president, said on Friday\u00a0he personally traveled to Biden\u2019s home in Wilmington on Thursday to \u201cfacilitate\u201d the transfer of a document with classified markings to the Justice Department because he had a security clearance, whereas Biden\u2019s personal attorneys who were conducting searches did not. Sauber said <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/classified-documents-found-in-bidens-private-office-contained-top-secret-material-report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">five additional pages<\/a> While transferring the original document, he noticed that there were classified markings. \u201caccompanied\u201d him.<\/p>\n<p>House Republicans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/house-judiciary-committee-launches-investigation-into-biden-documents-scandal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">began an investigation of their own into the growing documents scandal<\/a> And a group of government watchdogs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/watchdog-files-ethics-complaint-over-white-house-lawyers-in-biden-docs-scandal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">filed an ethics complaint<\/a>\u00a0over Biden\u2019s use of White House lawyers in response to the controversy.<\/p>\n<p>Sauber said that the White House is \u201cfully\u201d Cooperating with the National Archives and Justice Department.
