He entered <a href=\"https:\/\/kvia.com\/news\/crime\/2020\/07\/23\/feds-says-further-delay-in-prosecution-of-accused-walmart-shooter-would-be-miscarriage-of-justice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a written plea of not guilty<\/a> He was convicted of federal charges in 2020 and is now facing life imprisonment in that case.
