Confidential documents were also discovered.<\/p>\n<p>Two documents from the First Son\u2019s hard drive reveal that the consulting firm, which was involved in Hunter Biden\u2019s Chinese Communist Party-linked business ventures, was the source of funds for the astronomically high rent. Entities that comprised Hunter Biden\u2019s income, according to the document, include LLCs tied to the Chinese Communist Party and its foreign influence operations.<\/p>\n<p>Rosemont Seneca Advisors LLC was an offshoot of Rosemont Capital, an international private equity firm co-founded by Hunter Biden, the stepson of former Secretary of State and President Biden\u2019s Climate Czar John <a href=\"https:\/\/thenationalpulse.com\/2021\/04\/28\/why-joe-biden-cant-fire-john-kerry\/\">Kerry<\/a>In 2009, he was with his Yale roommate. Other subsidiaries of this multi-billion dollar company <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2018\/03\/15\/inside-the-shady-private-equity-firm-run-by-kerry-and-bidens-kids\/\">firm<\/a> Rosemont Seneca Partners and Rosemont Seneca Technology were included <a href=\"https:\/\/thenationalpulse.com\/2022\/03\/24\/biden-linked-company-partnered-with-ukraine-biolabs\/\">Partners<\/a>Rosemont Realty is also available.<\/p>\n<p>Rosemont Seneca Partners <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bhrpe.com\/show.php?catid=42&#038;id=133\">infamously<\/a> The $1.5 billion deal was created by BHR Partners less than two weeks after Hunter Biden had accompanied Hunter on his trip to China. The venture was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bhrpe.com\/list.php?catid=8&#038;page=1\">underwritten and controlled<\/a> Chinese Communist Party-run Banks and Officials<\/p>\n<p>Hunter Biden appears to have made most of his business deals with the Chinese Communist Party through Rosemont Seneca.<\/p>\n<p>Rosemont Seneca Advisors has been linked to Hunter Biden&#8217;s shady rent payment scheme. This is a scheme that many believe could have allowed the former veep his inheritance. \u201c10 percent for the <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/07\/27\/hunter-bidens-biz-partner-called-joe-biden-the-big-guy-in-panic-over-laptop\/\">big<\/a> guy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">A PDF document titled \u201cRSA Rev Exp June-Dec 2017 Profit and Loss\u201d Lists $215,967.62 income and $310246.25 expenses. Harves Group LLC is an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/bo-zhang-8b7307a2\/\">company<\/a> led by Bo Zhang with deep connections to the Chinese Communist Party, as previous reports from Hunter Biden\u2019s hard drive have revealed.<\/p>\n<p>The President\u2019s son was invited to secretly visit Zhang and his family, which included Chinese Communist Party officials, in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/republicans-plan-probe-hunter-bidens-chinese-business-deals-accountability-coming\">China<\/a> potential to work together. Zhang has deeper ties with Beijing as a Foreign Agents Registration Act 2013 (FARA).\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/efile.fara.gov\/docs\/2165-Exhibit-AB-20131223-50.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">filing with the Justice Department<\/a> Zhang is listed as a \u201cforeign principal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The filing documented his relationship with Chinese Communist Party official Liu Guoqiang, who was the vice chairman of the Liaoning Committee of the Chinese People\u2019s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), which runs China\u2019s \u201cUnited Front\u201d effort.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cUnited Front\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uscc.gov\/research\/chinas-overseas-united-front-work-background-and-implications-united-states\">seeks<\/a> \u201cto co-opt and neutralize sources of potential opposition to the policies and authority of its ruling Chinese Communist Party.\u201d The U.S. State Department is also involved. <a href=\"https:\/\/2017-2021.state.gov\/designation-of-the-national-association-for-chinas-peaceful-unification-nacpu-as-a-foreign-mission-of-the-prc\/index.html\">compared\u00a0<\/a>the effort to the Chinese regime\u2019s \u201cmagic weapon\u201d To advance its preferred policies, it infiltrates American politics, media, academia, and academia.<\/p>\n<p>Robsinson Walker LLC income was $56,603.74.
