What do we know?<\/p>\n<p>The National Football League revealed casually that they have a precise method of measuring the position of the ball. There are several ways to measure the spot of the ball. <em>It is<\/em> A chip in the football<\/p>\n<p>For measuring first downs since the beginning, sticks have been measured with chains and chains.
