The rental price listed on the form was\u00a0$49,910 in monthly rent for one year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"a8d-pre\">On Joe Biden\u2019s 2017 tax returns, Schedule E only\u00a0<a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/pubdisclosures.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Biden-2017-Amended-Federal.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">listed<\/a>\u00a0$19,800 \u201crents received.\u201d Biden in 2018.\u00a0<a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/s.wsj.net\/public\/resources\/documents\/Biden2018AmendedFederalTaxReturn.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">listed<\/a>\u00a0no rent received.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Also, the document shows a check-mark box indicating Hunter owns the home. After leaving the White House in 2017, the president also admitted to keeping classified documents in his garage alongside his Corvette. It\u2019s not clear why the document shows Hunter listing both home ownership and rental payments.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">The address at the bottom appears to be the current location for a Pack N Ship business in North Miami Beach.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Hunter&#8217;s 2019 text to his daughter amplifies Hunter&#8217;s record statements regarding paying his father for his housing costs. The text shows that the Biden family had an arrangement where Joe Biden collected half his son\u2019s salary.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ArticlePage-byline mb-4\">\n<p>\u201cI hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years,\u201d Hunter wrote to his daughter in text form. \u201cIt\u2019s really hard. But don\u2019t worry, unlike Pop [Joe], I won\u2019t make you give me half your salary.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to\u00a0Former Utah U.S. attorney Brett Tolman, the Biden family\u2019s payment mechanism\u00a0may reveal the core of an entrenched business enterprise, which could involve legal \u201cpredicates\u201d for\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/04\/05\/hunter-bidens-depicted-family-payout-mechanism-further-proved-in-ron-klains-2012-email\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">racketeering<\/a>\u00a0charges.<\/p>\n<p>Rep. James Comer (R.KY), Chairman of the Top Oversight Committee, has\u00a0<a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/11\/17\/gop-house-opens-probe-biden-family-potential-tax-evasion-money-laundering-human-trafficking-violations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">launched<\/a>\u00a0Nine investigations were conducted into the Biden family business to determine whether there are any potential violations. These included money laundering and wire fraud.
