\u2013 <\/strong>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.19fortyfive.com\/2023\/01\/how-donald-trump-could-destroy-himself\/\">great political divide<\/a> The United States has made some believe that there is no such thing as a free country. \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.19fortyfive.com\/2022\/01\/why-a-second-us-civil-war-would-be-far-worse-than-the-first\/\">Second American Civil War<\/a>\u201d The future is bright.\n<\/p>\n[embedded content]\n<\/p>\n<p>Subscribe to Our YouTube Channel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@19fortyfive\/\">Here<\/a>. 19FortyFive publishes original videos every day.)\n<\/p>\n<p>It is becoming more apparent that it is a \u201cSecond Russian Civil War\u201d Could be the first.\n<\/p>\n<p>It was only a year ago. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.19fortyfive.com\/tag\/russia\/\">Russia<\/a> It was launched <a href=\"https:\/\/www.19fortyfive.com\/tag\/russian-military\/\">unprovoked invasion<\/a> of Ukraine \u2013 largely due to Russian<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/world-europe-56720589\"> President Vladimir Putin\u2019s fear of a war with NATO.<\/a>\n<\/p>\n<p>An ex-commander of Russia warned that the conflict could lead to a \u201ccivil war\u201d in Russia, as the failures on the battlefield are increasingly likely to bring down Putin\u2019s government.<\/p>\n<p>Keep in mind that the Imperial Russian government of Nicholas II (Tsar Nicholas II) was overthrown on the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.history.com\/this-day-in-history\/february-revolution-begins\"> February Revolution of 1917<\/a> \u2013 resulting in the creation of the Provisional Government, which was itself overthrown by the Bolsheviks in the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalgeographic.org\/thisday\/nov7\/october-revolution\/\"> October Revolution<\/a> Later in the year.\n<\/p>\n<p>Russia was then plunged into a civil war that lasted up to 1922.<\/p>\n<h2>Putin Could be the Instrument of Russia\u2019s Destruction<\/h2>\n<p>Invading Ukraine in 2014, which was launched by Donald Trump<a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/putin-russia-created-reality-of-conflict-with-west-former-general-2023-1\"> experts suggested was to frighten NATO<\/a> while expanding Russia\u2019s borders, Putin has, in essence, started the very conflict he sought to avoid.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ukraine\u2019s continued Western support has pushed the Kremlin\u2019s forces back, and the war could even result in a complete defeat of Russia on the battlefield.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>Even if Moscow can reverse its fortunes \u2013 which look increasingly unlikely due to the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.19fortyfive.com\/2022\/11\/russias-military-losses-in-ukraine-are-beyond-shocking\/\"> significant losses it continues to take<\/a> \u2013 any form of victory will remain elusive and costly.<\/p>\n<p>A battalion of the Russian Army\u2019s \u201celite\u201d 26th Tank Regiment has been fighting in the Kharkiv region, eastern Ukraine, around Kupiansk.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/russia-battalion-tanks-ukraine-kharkiv-oblast-general-staff-1773875\"> was reportedly reduced to just ten T-80BV main battle tanks (MBT)<\/a> In \u201cserviceable condition\u201d Only 30 soldiers were able fight as of last week.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>Russian tank battalions usually consist of 40 MBTs<a href=\"https:\/\/thediplomat.com\/2018\/02\/russia-orders-2-t-14-armata-tank-battalions\/\"> according to The Diplomat.<\/a>\n<\/p>\n<p>Recent Ukrainian estimates suggest that Russia has lost more than 3,100 MBTs and that 115,000 Russian soldiers have been killed in the conflict since it began almost 11 months ago.\n<\/p>\n<h2>Ukraine: A Second Russian Civil War?<\/h2>\n<p>The February Revolution was sparked by the way the First World War war effort was handled while the Russian people suffered at the home. One former Russian commander suggested<a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/former-russian-commander-warns-civil-war-that-will-kill-russia-1773906\"> his country was already on a similar path<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are all kinds of civil wars. There are civil wars that will kill our country in three days in winter. And it will be over in three days, but it will kill the country,\u201d General Igor Vsevolodovich Girkin \u2013 who is also known as Igor Ivanovich Strelkov\u2013 said in a<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Gerashchenko_en\/status\/1614590972666470401\"> video shared on social media<\/a> Anton Gerashchenko is a consultant to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.\n<\/p>\n<p>Girkin, who had been a<a href=\"https:\/\/meduza.io\/en\/feature\/2019\/06\/01\/where-are-they-now\"> former Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) officer<\/a>, has called for the unification of the Russian Federation with Ukraine, Belarus, and\u00a0 what he has called other \u201cRussian lands.\u201d He is not the only one in Russia to warn of a civil war.<\/p>\n<p>Last fall, Mark Feygin was appointed as a deputy in the State Duma. He is also a human rights lawyer.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/russia-civil-war-vladimir-putin-how-ukraine-army-mark-feygin-1753067\"> told Newsweek<\/a> It is possible that Ukraine&#8217;s defeat could result in a \u201cbloody\u201d Civil war is when a variety of factions and regions vie for power.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat it will be depends greatly on the way this war will conclude,\u201d Feygin warned and suggested that there was a way to avoid such an awful outcome for the Kremlin. \u201cThe easiest would be if elites inside Russia will make up their mind and choose a replacement for Putin, a replacement who could negotiate with the West, could provide some initial framework for concluding the logistics of that war, and then also work towards future elections.\u201d\n<\/p>\n<p>Putin appears to be in denial about the dire situation Russia is facing.\n<\/p>\n<p>Of course, 106 years ago, the Tsar couldn\u2019t likely imagine or even have accepted that his centuries-old dynasty was on the verge of collapse due to his handling of the war. He was executed by the Bolsheviks within a year.
