This document was signed July 2018.<\/p>\n<p class=\"a8d-pre\">In 2017, Joe Biden left the White House and stored a large number of classified documents inside his\u00a0Delaware garage and at two other locations.\u00a0CNN reported that the first set of documents found contained information related to Iran and Ukraine.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>The document also shows that Hunter checked a box on the form claiming to own Joe Biden\u2019s home. It is unclear why Hunter would have paid rent even though he was the owner of the house.<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted Joe Biden\u2019s 2017 tax return on Schedule E only <a href=\"https:\/\/pubdisclosures.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Biden-2017-Amended-Federal.pdf\">listed<\/a> $19 800 in \u201crents received.\u201d Biden in 2018. <a href=\"https:\/\/s.wsj.net\/public\/resources\/documents\/Biden2018AmendedFederalTaxReturn.pdf\">listed<\/a> There were no rents.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Hunter Biden claimed in 2018 that he owned the house Joe Biden kept classified papers alongside his Corvette at the garage Via <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/jj_talking?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@jj_talking<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/L7c80MRRiS\">pic.twitter.com\/L7c80MRRiS<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Miranda Devine (@mirandadevine) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/mirandadevine\/status\/1613576887728496640?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 12, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"ContentPasted1\">Owasco PC, Hunter\u2019s law firm, is also listed on the document as an entity Hunter owned in 2018.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentPasted1\">Rep. James Comer (R.KY), chair of the Oversight Committee\u00a0<a class=\"ContentPasted1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/crime\/2022\/07\/27\/top-house-republican-probes-hunter-bidens-wealth-adviser-for-suspicious-bank-records\/\">believes<\/a>\u00a0many of Hunter\u2019s suspicious wire transfers, flagged by U.S. banks, involve\u00a0Owasco PC. Comer is investigating the Biden family business for wire fraud and has requested Hunter\u2019s personal wealth manager turn over \u201csuspicious\u201d Bank records relating to the Biden family&#8217;s business schemes.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ArticlePage-byline mb-4\">\n<p>Wire transfers have been the preferred method of money laundering for years. To reduce financial institution risks, suspicious wire transfers exceeding $10,000 will be flagged for review. The Internal Revenue Service must also be notified of wire transactions exceeding $10,000.<\/p>\n<p>The Office of Foreign Assets Control monitors international wire payments such as those to Hunter Biden and James Biden to make sure the money isn&#8217;t part of any corrupt business schemes.<\/p>\n<p>Hunter Biden revealed in a 2019 text message to his daughter that the family has an arrangement where Joe Biden collects half his son\u2019s salary.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ArticlePage-byline mb-4\">\n<p>\u201cI hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years,\u201d Hunter wrote to his daughter in text form. \u201cIt\u2019s really hard.
