Notams are unclassified notices sent by an aviation authority to all pilots. They contain critical information about conditions, system concerns or other flight operations. NOTAM, Mayor Pete\u2019s Department of Transportation declared, wasn\u2019t gender inclusive and, as of Dec. 2, 2021, it should henceforth be referred to Notice to Air Missions, not Airmen.<\/p>\n<p>While Mayor Pete preoccupied his department with scrubbing the bigotry out of an acronym, it never occurred to the Biden administration\u2019s Chief Diversity Hire that the system itself might need some tending-to. That was until this week when an outage caused the NOTAM system to fail and all flights in the US were grounded for several hours, something that hasn\u2019t happened since 9\/11.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/01\/03\/delta-pilot-allegedly-goes-on-intercom-to-blame-pete-buttigieg-for-delay\/\">The FAA system failure<\/a> It came just weeks later <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/12\/30\/some-southwest-workers-suffered-frostbite-during-long-shifts-union\/\">Southwest Airlines ruined Christmas<\/a> when its outdated computer system led to thousands of canceled flights \u2014 something that the transportation secretary brazenly mocked, seemingly unaware that the Biden administration had given billions of dollars in handouts to Southwest, with no oversight. Mayor Pete, as he wiggled his finger at the airline&#8217;s computer system, was unaware that his computers could need some maintenance.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignright\"><\/aside>\n<p>But bothersome tasks like keeping the planes flying, or the cargo ships moving, or the railroads secure, aren\u2019t very sexy for Mayor Pete \u2014 who famously went on \u201cpaternity leave\u201d You are in the middle a supply chain crisis. Being blindsided in a catastrophe seems less like a bad day for Privilege Pete than a lifestyle choice.<\/p>\n<p>Like the rest the Biden administration or the last emperors in Rome, Mayor Pete seems supremely decrepit as the world collapses around them. We have genderqueer Energy Department officials moonlighting as luggage thieves, health czars dressing up as women and parading around in military uniforms they didn\u2019t earn, and a vice president who seems to have completely given up on life.<\/p>\n<p>Lest we forget: Mayor Pete\u2019s legacy as mayor of South Bend, Indiana, the only elected office he\u2019s held, amounted to the fact that he couldn\u2019t fix the potholes. Now he\u2019s in charge of transport for the world\u2019s largest economy, where he\u2019s done little else than fuss over problematic acronyms and grandstand about racist roads and prejudiced bridges, while flying on private government jets to soccer matches in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>The Friend to Dorothy is without clothes. Not even red sequined shoes. Even those who supported Michael Avenatti&#8217;s candidacy for the presidency will have to give up on their Oval Office ambitions for Mayor Pete.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFolks, I\u2019m too sleepy to understand the announcement they just made over loudspeaker at the airport,\u201d Ana Navarro, ex-Republican View host, tweeted \u201cWhy are all flights at MIA grounded? Anybody? @SecretaryPete?\ufe0f\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pete, like Obama, is a charmer who easily charms single, unmarried women. But his hair isn\u2019t the only thing that\u2019s fake \u2014 the man hasn\u2019t got a clue.
