However, it was reopened in September when Biden tried to reduce his child support payments. \u201csubstantial material change\u201d in his \u201cfinancial circumstances.\u201d  <\/p>\n<p>Lunden Roberts declined comments on the court proceedings. Clinton Lancaster her attorney did not respond to requests for comment.
