The\u00a0Penn Biden Center\u00a0did not come into existence until 2018, at least a full year into the Trump Administration. I could be wrong, but I\u2019m pretty sure that President Trump, or anyone working for him would not have approved Vice President Biden\u2019s request to retrieve classified documents from the White House for any purpose. Even before their contentious 2020 campaign there weren\u2019t any warm feelings between the two.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">If the ex-vice president had an urgent need to review certain documents, he would need a process to access that material.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A formal request to the repository where these documents are stored would be the first. Because of the regulations and federal statutes that govern storage and handling of classified documents it is likely that Biden would need to approve any review of classified material. It would have to be done within the secured areas of the repository which has control and possession of the documents.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The controlling authority certainly wouldn\u2019t just hand them over to Joe Biden or his representatives and allow them to take the material to another unsecured location and be maintained there to be reviewed by Biden at his leisure at some later date. If it was done, then the repository would have violated their federal regulations. \u00a0This is not likely.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The\u00a0Penn Biden Center aside, now we are learning that additional classified material from his days as vice president was stored inside the garage at Joe Biden\u2019s Delaware home. Along with his\u00a01967 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, according to Joe Biden.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Presumably not inside the locked glove box of his\u00a0Vette, but in a cardboard box in a small closet in the garage. We can assume that there was no mention of any government-approved safe for classified material storage.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Biden has stated repeatedly that he believes in the idea of a free and fair election. \u201ctakes classified documents seriously\u201d, apparently as evidence by his outrage over former President Trump\u2019s \u201cirresponsible\u201d behavior by maintaining classified material inside a locked and secured room at Trump\u2019s Mar a Lago estate.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Another question I have is: Did Joe Biden take the classified material with him to his White House office after Donald Trump&#8217;s election in 2016? This would certainly be against all applicable laws, regulations and statutes. If he didn\u2019t, then who did? How did those documents end up at both of the locations they\u2019ve been found, and who transported them there? This is yet another example of the Democrat Party&#8217;s cavalier approach towards national security.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Barack Obama\u2019s Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, in violation of countless federal regulations and statutes set up a private, unsecured, unencrypted e-mail server to use to send and receive official government and private communications during her tenure at the State Department. These were all intercepted by our enemies and read.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The Russians, Chinese, and very likely other adversaries\u2019 intelligence services were probably ecstatic over their good fortune to have access to Hillary\u2019s private conversations with a variety of U.S., and possibly officials from foreign countries. \u00a0It would be a great advantage to know the conversations and private thoughts of world leaders.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Unfortunately, we won&#8217;t be able to find out exactly what was discussed as she deleted over 30 thousand of these e-mails. \u00a0Rest assured, however, that our enemies have copies!<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">We see yet another example of Democrats doing what they want and how they want it to be done, without any consideration for the potential threat to our national security by potentially compromising classified or highly sensitive information. \u00a0\u201cRules for thee but not for me\u201d.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Hillary\u2019s private server was reportedly kept inside a bathroom at her residence, at least a higher level of security since I can\u2019t think of anyone who would be interested in setting foot in there. \u00a0Joe Biden could have kept his classified documents locked in the glovebox of his Corvette.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Then again maybe not such a good idea, we\u2019ve seen Biden ride a bike. \u00a0If his driving style is anything like his bike riding, a glovebox full of classified documents could have put them at risk of compromise in the event of a collision.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With all the recent revelations coming out about Joe Biden\u2019s mishandling of classified documents from his previous time as vice president, it begs a few questions which hopefully a Special Counsel investigation appointed by Attorney General Merrick Garland will answer.
