Some of those documents were among the most important. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/edokeefe\/status\/1614032433111879681?s=20&#038;t=lw-5EDWjuxmi1PqB-8YL_w\">Marked<\/a> CBS News reports that top secrets are kept secret.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>Between the classified documents retrieved from the Biden Penn Center and the documents retrieved from Biden\u2019s residence in DelawAre on Thursday, the total number of classified Biden stashed is about 20. No top secret documents were reported to be at Biden\u2019s residence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"a8d-pre\">It is unknown why Biden\u2019s personal attorneys were initially looking for the classified documents.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>According to the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence,\u00a0there <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligence.senate.gov\/laws\/national-security-information\">are<\/a> There are three levels of classified information<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>(a)\u00a0<em>Top Secret\u00a0<\/em>Only:<\/p>\n<p>(1) The President<\/p>\n<p>(2) The President has designated agency heads and officials in this regard.\u00a0<strong>Federal Register<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(3) Officials were delegated this authority under Section 1.2(d).<\/p>\n<p>(b)\u00a0<em>Secret.\u00a0<\/em>The only person who can classify information as Secret from the beginning is:<\/p>\n<p>(1) The President has designated agency heads and officials to assist in this matter.\u00a0<strong>Federal Register<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<p>(2) Officials with Original Top Secret Classification Authority;<\/p>\n<p>(3) delegated authority to officials pursuant Section 1.2(d).<\/p>\n<p>(c)\u00a0<em>Confidential.\u00a0<\/em>Only the following persons have the authority to make information Confidential.<\/p>\n<p>(1) The President has designated agency heads and officials to assist in this matter.\u00a0<strong>Federal Register<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<p>(2) officials holding original Top Secret or Secret classification authority<\/p>\n<p>(3) delegated authority to officials pursuant Section 1.2(d).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Since the classified documents were unearthed by Biden\u2019s personal attorneys, three investigations have opened three entities: House Oversight committee, House Judiciary Committee, Justice Department\u2019s special counsel.<\/p>\n<p>The probes into Biden\u2019s mishandling of the materials come as Biden administration officials have reportedly begun\u00a0<a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2023\/01\/13\/report-biden-admin-officials-blame-national-archives-joe-bidens-classified-document-scandal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Blaming<\/a>\u00a0National Archives did not adequately protect classified documents in 2017, when Biden left for the White House.<\/p>\n<p class=\"a8d-pre\">These investigations will aim to determine the extent and who was responsible for wrongdoing.\u00a0Andrew McCarthy was a former Department of Justice Prosecutor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2023\/01\/13\/andrew-mccarthy-biden-has-already-admitted-guilt-in-public\/\">argued<\/a> Thursday, Biden admitted guilt.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>Most of the classified documents that were discovered in 2017 are connected to Ukrainian family business ventures.
