Yet the fight didn\u2019t start in January of last year, it actually began months earlier.<\/p>\n<p>The Biden administration was inaugurated on November 4, 2021. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/breaking-the-daily-wire-challenges-biden-administration-vaccine-mandate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Announcement<\/a> that companies with 100 or more employees would be required to subject their workers to a vaccine-or-test mandate, a draconian policy set to be enforced through the Department of Labor\u2019s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). As soon as President Joe Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=oE_wxaMM6po\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Expedited<\/a> The \u201cblatantly unconstitutional\u201d The Daily Wire: requirement <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/breaking-the-daily-wire-challenges-biden-administration-vaccine-mandate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Decided<\/a> To fight it all the other way to SCOTUS if needed.<\/p>\n<p>Harmeet K. Other corporations also made similar remarks.<\/p>\n<p>In August 2022, 56% of American citizens were surveyed. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecentersquare.com\/national\/survey-56-of-companies-dropping-covid-19-vaccine-mandates-to-retain-talent-grow-workforce\/article_35a709aa-24ac-11ed-9a47-03a16c19c587.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">companies<\/a> Employers were able to drop mandated vaccines.<\/p>\n<p>The SCOTUS ruling, made possible by subscribers to The Daily Wire and supporters of The Daily Wire, sparked a wave for freedom.<\/p>\n<p>Boreing made the comment during the litigation process that CEOs should not dictate important medical decisions for their employees. Religious, personal, and medical reasons may all factor into an American\u2019s decision to get the jab or not, yet the federal government\u2019s politically driven rule took none of that into account, according to Boreing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInstead, the administration tried to fit a square peg into a round hole, by applying this broad expansive one size fits all mandate to a randomly selected portion of the American workforce,\u201d Boreing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=oE_wxaMM6po\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Biden administration had announced, on January 25, 2022 that it would eliminate the mandate for private sector vaccinations.\u00a0The Biden administration announced recently that it would be dropping the private sector vaccine mandate altogether. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/pentagon-ends-vaccine-mandate-for-u-s-military-after-kevin-mccarthy-demanded-to-end-it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Acceded<\/a> to drop the mandate requiring members of America\u2019s armed forces to get the vaccine after conservatives and Republicans pushed back.<\/p>\n<p>The mandate would have been in place if it wasn&#8217;t for the companies that fought the federal government in courts.
