Joel Souza, director of the filming, was also injured.<\/p>\n<p>The crew could include armorer Hannah GutierrezReed and assistant Director Dave Halls. Both were responsible for the gun&#8217;s operation before Baldwin.<\/p>\n<p>Baldwin repeatedly stated that he did not pull the trigger. An investigation found that Baldwin pulled the trigger to kill Hutchins, and this was the only way that the gun could have been fired.<\/p>\n<p>The criminal investigation ended in 2022. However, it&#8217;s not known what charges Mary Carmack Altwies might consider against Baldwin and his crew.<\/p>\n<p>October <a href=\"http:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/adam-baldwin-who-shot-and-killed-a-woman-on-set-advocates-for-workplace-safety-after-airport-fight-goes-viral\">Baldwin<\/a>\u00a0The family of Hutchins settled a lawsuit for an undisclosed sum.
