And I still haven\u2019t stopped laughing.<\/p>\n<p>Since August of 2022, when the FBI launched an unprecedented raid on former President Donald Trump\u2019s Mar-a-Lago home, the entirety of the anti-Trump universe Insisted \u2014 <em>insisted<\/em> \u2014 that the recently departed commander-in-chief\u2019s possession of documents marked classified was a big f-ing deal.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>You don&#8217;t need to know that Trump has declassification authority and that documents were kept at Trumps house under the watchful eyes of Secret Service protection. The National Archives might have been able to provide more information. <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/15\/from-bureaucrat-hack-to-grand-jury-witch-hunt-the-dojs-trump-raid-smells-like-spygate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Worked<\/a> with Trump to coordinate the storage of the documents under the technical possession of the government, but at a location of the former president\u2019s choosing, just as was done with former President Barack Obama.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>But because the loony left couldn\u2019t resist one more sequel in their get-Trump franchise, as Trump exited the Oval Office, a backbench <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/15\/from-bureaucrat-hack-to-grand-jury-witch-hunt-the-dojs-trump-raid-smells-like-spygate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bureaucrat<\/a> At the National Archives, another hoax was launched to finally, <em>Final words<\/em> destroy Trump. Several leaks and a year-plus later, the plot culminated in the raid of Trump\u2019s home followed by the appointment of a special counsel to investigate Trump.<\/p>\n<p>And because the National Archives and the Biden administration went nuclear against Trump for possessing documents at Mar-a-Lago marked classified, they have no option but to pretend to treat Joe Biden\u2019s possession of classified documents in an equally serious way. So, the National Archives referred it to the Department of Justice. This was just as with Trump&#8217;s case. Even though it was Secretary of States Hillary Clinton who mishandled classified documents, no criminal referral was made.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, Attorney General Merrick Garland directed a U.S. attorney to investigate Biden\u2019s mishandling of the classified documents, to create the impression of equal justice under the law. Of course, given Garland\u2019s appointment of a special counsel to investigate Trump, a plain ol\u2019 ordinary U.S. attorney doesn\u2019t level up, and for that, the attorney general is already receiving heat.<\/p>\n<p>The heat is not caused by the gravity of the situation, but the hypocrisy.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Biden classified documents scandal, however, is not a serious scandal. It is a serious scandal that the US failed to withdraw from Afghanistan. Biden\u2019s refusal to faithfully execute his duties as president of the United States by securing the southern border is a serious scandal. It is a scandal that the Biden family&#8217;s pay-to-play escapades have been exposed. It is also a scandal that the FBI and intelligence community were used to weaponize the election in 2020 and give Biden the presidency. It is not.<\/p>\n<p>Laughable. Delicious. Outrageous. It is all these things and more. The news today is that more classified documents have been found in a garage in Washington, D.C., as well in the closet of a D.C. thinktank. The story gets more ridiculous the more corrupt media tries to make it funny<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This entire scandal is a joke.
