The competition, the tracks, and the drivers are some of the best around. These regional series are vital to the quality of racing you see at the top level. Jack (McNelly, CARS Tour founder) has done a tremendous job establishing the CARS Tour as a preeminent series, and I\u2019m thrilled to be part of its future.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI are up racing Late Model stock cars on the West Coast,\u201d Kevin Harvick also shared his optimism about the future of the tour. \u201cLate Model racing has always been a passion of mine, and I want to ensure short-track asphalt racing and the CARS Tour continue to grow and succeed. Asphalt Late Model racing is the heart of NASCAR. Bringing together a group like this will be a benefit to both racers as well as fans. CARS Tour&#8217;s importance to the racing scene of the southeast is immense.
