But, some helpfully point out, it is also inconvenient for Trump, because now he can\u2019t accuse Biden of a crime without admitting he committed one.<\/p>\n<p>According to the media, Trump had U.S. nuclear secrets he could sell to foreign enemies. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\/msnbcs-beschloss-former-cia-director-hayden-suggest-trump-executed-having-nuclear-documents\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">called for Trump\u2019s execution(!)<\/a>He is currently working overtime to differentiate between the two cases. Biden only had a handful of classified documents, and another tranche was discovered in a Biden location. Biden\u2019s lawyers immediately cooperated with the National Archives as soon as the documents were found at a place called the \u201cPenn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement,\u201d They pointed out that although the discovery was made after the November midterms, it was kept secret.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the information we have so far, Trump should not hesitate to condemn Biden and admit his guilt. For one, Biden squirreled away his documents after serving as vice president, a role that, unlike Trump\u2019s, did not include the right to unilaterally declassify any federal document. Another big difference, especially in light of the fact that Biden\u2019s documents are now reported to contain classified information about Ukraine, Iran, and the United Kingdom, is that Biden has a son who spent much of his father\u2019s vice presidency trading influence for lucrative deals and no-show jobs.<\/p>\n<p>Trump\u2019s documents were kept locked in a room at Mar-a-Lago while his lawyers haggled with the National Archives over their importance. The first batch of Biden documents including top-secret and was at least partially complete. \u201csensitive compartmented\u201d information, was at a fake think tank that\u2019s part of a university reportedly funded in part by <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/04\/09\/54m-in-chinese-gifts-donated-to-upenn-home-of-biden-center\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">$54 million in China-related donations<\/a>. If you\u2019re curious about who had access to them, then you clearly don\u2019t work for the Justice Department, The New York Times, or the Washington Post.<\/p>\n<p>The most striking difference between these two cases is how the Justice Department and the media behave. Instead of speculate about Biden&#8217;s secret hiding places, the media is interfering for him. And while the FBI raided Trump\u2019s home and Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed a special counsel to probe the ex-president, the Justice Department so far seems content to treat Biden\u2019s case as one big misunderstanding.<\/p>\n<p>We still don\u2019t know what the documents recovered at Trump\u2019s Mar-a-Lago home in an unprecedented August raid pertained to, but we\u2019ll eventually find out \u2013 as long as it can be portrayed as sufficiently damning. But don\u2019t bet on Garland to ask tough questions in Biden\u2019s case.
