He announced on Wednesday that he is running again for the seat.<\/p>\n<p>The latest episode of <a href=\"https:\/\/rumble.com\/v24x7c6-episode-2434-the-rats-are-leaving-the-ship-at-announcement-of-oversight-com.html\">Steve Bannon&#8217;s <\/a>War Room, The Republican stated that he needed to fight against &#8220;establishment&#8221;  &#8220;ruling class&#8221; This is why he is running again.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I really thought that when I was fighting overseas, that that would be the struggle for my generation, that that was going to be our big test. It certainly was after 9\/11,&#8221; Kent, a retired 20-year veteran, stated that he spoke to Bannon.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;But now that we see all the lies, all the misrepresentations of the Iraq War, of what the ruling class has done to this country, I can see now clearly\u2026 and I think many people in my generation do, we saw a lot of great heroes like Eli Crane \u2014 he&#8217;s another post-9\/11 combat vet \u2014 Anna Paulina Luna, really stepping up in continuing that fight against the establishment, that fight against our permanent ruling class, to restore the people&#8217;s voice back to Washington, DC. And that&#8217;s why I&#8217;m not quitting, and that&#8217;s why I&#8217;m running again.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re announcing early because this is going to be a long and hard fight,&#8221; Kent elaborated on the matter later in the interview. Kent lost this past midterm election to the Democrat opponent. <a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/democrat-candidate-running-against-joe-kent-supports-child-sex-changes-in-washington-state\">Marie Gluesenkamp P\u00e9rez<\/a>With <a href=\"https:\/\/ballotpedia.org\/Joe_Kent_(Washington)\">Comparable to her 50.5 per cent, 49 percent of the vote went to her<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We need to raise as much funding as we possibly can. At the end of the day, this comes down to resources,&#8221; He stated.<\/p>\n<p>Kent elaborated on his War Room announcement via Twitter.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m excited to announce that I&#8217;m running for Congress to restore common sense values to SW Washington. Our woke congresswoman Marie Perez votes in lockstep w\/ the radical left&#8217;s agenda that&#8217;s crushing working families,&#8221; He wrote.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;In her first three votes, the moderate mask has fallen to reveal a woke extremist,&#8221; Kent spoke of Perez.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Her first vote was for far-left radical Hakeem Jeffries for Speaker. Her second vote was against requiring members of Congress to actually show up to work to vote in person. And her third vote was in favor of the Biden Administration&#8217;s 87,000 new IRS agents who disproportionately target middle-income Americans and small businesses,&#8221; He continued.<\/p>\n<p>The Republicans split 15 rounds of voting to decide whether Rep. <a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/breaking-mccarthy-elected-house-speaker-after-last-minute-call-from-trump-to-gaetz\">Kevin McCarthy<\/a> Democrats were elected Speaker of California&#8217;s House of Representatives. <a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/breaking-democrats-to-back-election-denier-hakeem-jeffries-to-minority-leadership-in-the-house\">United behind progressive New York Rep.
