They found some documents in a box, you know, a locked cabinet, or at least a closet. And as soon as they did, they realized there were several classified documents in that box.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd they did what they should have done,\u201d Biden continued. \u201cThey immediately called the Archives, immediately called the Archives, turned them over to the Archives.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Biden said that when he was briefed about the lawyer\u2019s discovery, he was \u201csurprised to learn that there are any government records that were taken there to that office.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut I don\u2019t know what\u2019s in the documents,\u201d Biden claimed. \u201cI\u2019ve \u2014 my lawyers have not suggested I ask what documents they were. I\u2019ve turned over the boxes. They\u2019ve turned over the boxes to the Archives. And we\u2019re cooperating fully, cooperating fully with the review and which I hope will be finished soon.
