They were dated between 2013-2016.<\/p>\n<p>It was announced on Monday\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/breaking-merrick-garland-confirms-he-personally-approved-mar-a-lago-raid-refuses-to-take-questions\">Merrick Garland, US Attorney General <\/a>An attorney was assigned to review the case<a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/breaking-classified-docs-from-bidens-time-as-vp-discovered-in-his-upenn-office\"> Find classified documents<\/a> The Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement is located in Washington.\u00a0Two sources confirmed that this refers to approximately 10 documents from President Biden\u2019s vice-presidential offices.<\/p>\n<p>According to Richard Sauber, special counsel to President Richard Sauber, the materials were discovered by the president&#8217;s personal attorneys on November 2, two days before the midterm elections. Biden&#8217;s personal lawyers discovered the documents. &#8220;were packing files housed in a locked closet to prepare to vacate office space at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, DC,&#8221; Sauber stated in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>According to reports, the documents were found in a folder within a box with other unclassified documents.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sauber claimed that the National Archives were notified by White House counsel on Nov 2, when the materials became available.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The discovery of these documents was made by the President&#8217;s attorneys,&#8221; Sauber stated. &#8220;The documents were not the subject of any previous request or inquiry by the Archives. The AG will decide if further investigation is required.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/biden-center-classified-documents\/\">CBS<\/a> Reports that &#8220;Lausch was nominated to be US attorney by former President Donald Trump, and he is one of only two current Trump-era US attorneys still serving. The other is Delaware US Attorney David Weiss, who is leading an investigation into the president&#8217;s son, Hunter Biden.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The Presidential Records Act requires all presidential and vice-presidential documents be turned over to the National Archives. There are special protocols to keep classified information secure,&#8221; CBS reports. &#8220;President Biden learned about the presence of the classified documents when his lawyer reported them to the White House counsel&#8217;s office in November. \u00a0A source familiar said the president is unaware of their contents.
