Iger stated that employees are his greatest asset. \u201ccurrently working in a hybrid fashion will be asked to spend four days a week on-site, targeting Monday through Thursday as in-person workdays,\u201d According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/markets\/disney-ceo-orders-hybrid-employees-back-office-four-days-week\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Memo<\/a> Fox Business and other outlets.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs you\u2019ve heard me say many times, creativity is the heart and soul of who we are and what we do at Disney,\u201d The executive made a comment. \u201cAnd in a creative business like ours, nothing can replace the ability to connect, observe, and create with peers that comes from being physically together, nor the opportunity to grow professionally by learning from leaders and mentors.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Many companies allowed employees to work remotely when offices were closed by the government three years ago. However, many companies have had difficulties getting employees back to work after the lockdown mandates dismantled. The primary benefits that remote workers and hybrid workers claim are the time savings and the ability to work from home, and how they can balance personal and professional lives, according to a survey. <a href=\"https:\/\/news.gallup.com\/poll\/355907\/remote-work-persisting-trending-permanent.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Poll<\/a> Gallup.<\/p>\n<p>Other business leaders expressed similar views and preferred that remote workers stop being employed.
