This one, however, doesn\u2019t explicitly prey on the anxieties of middle-aged #RESIST libs but instead seeks a younger audience with millennials and Gen Z.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis Place Rules\u201d is essentially a feature-length adaptation of director Andrew Callaghan\u2019s previous venture into gonzo journalism in which he chronicled the political mayhem unfolding during the riots, presidential election, and general political and cultural upheaval of 2020. Callaghan gained a large following by conducting candid interviews with men-on-the streets at key national events. His YouTube channel has a unique sense satirical humor and authenticity. \u201cAll Gas No Brakes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Callaghan\u2019s old videos on the \u201cAll Gas No Brakes\u201d YouTube page feature interviews with some of the quirkier folks comprising the American populace \u2014 like those who attend fur fetish conventions and try hunting Bigfoot in their spare time. He also highlights the more political polarizing aspects of society. Some videos include edited videos featuring drunken. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=8DyTXpnFpZU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Proud Boys<\/a> While trying to explain the importance and value of Western civilization, members are also trying to show off their grotesque sexual acts. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=kZPeD2miyF8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">street interviews<\/a> with Marxists and leftist rioters while obscuring their faces to protect their privacy, revealing where the channel\u2019s ideological bias lies.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis Place Rules\u201d maintains Callaghan\u2019s commitment to showing some of the quirkier aspects of America. It begins with a discussion about the rivalry between Joker Gang, a man who has been tattooed to appear like the comic book character in his life, and Gum Gang. These two social media influencers are from central Florida and settle their interpersonal differences in the ring.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Gum Gang even gives some wise advice to the crowd after losing the fight, saying: \u201cIt was a loss, [I] took the \u2018L\u2019 and moved on. Hey, you don\u2019t see me crying about it. \u2026 It is what it is, you take your \u2018L,\u2019 and you move on.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But at the end of the day, the documentary\u2019s focus isn\u2019t actually on highlighting, let alone celebrating, the uniqueness of the American people, as its title might suggest. \u201cThis Place Rules,\u201d Indeed, it appears that the title is a cynical selection. The documentary is primarily concerned in evangelizing leftist messages to audiences. <em>The conspiracy theorists at QAnon are representative of all conservative Americans.
