She called it \u201cterrifying\u201d And \u201cjarring\u201d And she said that her experience had left her with a feeling of awe. \u201cbit of PTSD.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>During the &#8220;a href=&#8221;https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/hailey-bieber&#8221;>26-year-old<\/a> model\u2019s appearance on the latest show of \u201cThe Run-Through with Vogue\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/podcasts.apple.com\/us\/podcast\/hailey-bieber-never-sleeps-in-her-makeup-plus-reforming\/id1526206712?i=1000592607552\">podcast<\/a>, Justin Bieber\u2019s wife talked about struggling to feel like everything would be okay after she suffered a blood clot in her brain that sent her to the hospital with stroke-like symptoms.<\/p>\n<p>At the time, she was diagnosed with a PFO, which is a hole in her heart that didn\u2019t close after birth, that sent a clot into her brain, as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/hailey-bieber-details-terrifying-life-altering-mini-stroke-she-suffered-and-procedure-to-close-hole-in-her-heart\">The Daily Wire<\/a> Previously reported. Later, the TV personality underwent an operation to close the hole.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Hailey Bieber claims she experienced a little &#8220;PTSD&#8221; after a ministroke.https:\/\/t.co\/pX4EvPjvqK&#8221;>https:\/\/t.co\/pX4EvPjvqK<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/GaOnZolF1X\">pic.twitter.com\/GaOnZolF1X<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Page Six (@PageSix) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PageSix\/status\/1611766290242277377?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 7, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was definitely the scariest thing I\u2019ve ever gone through,\u201d Hailey explained. \u201cEven the first couple of times coming back [to Palm Springs] after was a little bit of a strange triggering kind of feeling for me because you just remember exactly how everything happened in that moment. But I think the bright side for me was that it led me to find out I had this hole in my heart.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI struggled with a lot of anxiety after,\u201d She continued. \u201cI struggled with a little bit of PTSD [Post Traumatic Stress Disorder] of just like the fear of maybe it was gonna happen again. And it was just a feeling that I was, like, I never want to experience that ever again. I mean, it was so terrifying, so jarring, so discombobulating in every single way that you could imagine.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bieber said that it was still painful even months later. \u201creally hard to talk about.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt brings back the feelings for me of going through that experience,\u201d The supermodel explained. \u201cIt gets easier, and easier with time to be able to talk about it. And I\u2019m just really grateful that I was able to have amazing doctors, and nurses, and people that helped me heal and get to the bottom of what actually happened.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJust now starting to come out of that kind of fight or flight feeling of being nervous about something bad happening again,\u201d She continued. \u201cI look back at it and it could\u2019ve been so much worse. So many worse things could have happened in that moment.
