She was just 18 years old.<\/p>\n<p>The news was confirmed by Lee\u2019s older sister and fellow MMA fighter Angela Lee, who wrote on Instagram that her sister died the day after Christmas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOn December 26, 2022, our family experienced something no family should ever have to go through\u2026 It is incredibly difficult to say this\u2026 Our Victoria passed away,\u201d Angela Lee stated. \u201cShe has gone too soon and our family has been completely devastated since then. We miss her. More than anything in this world. Our family will never be the same. Life will never be the same.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVictoria was the most beautiful soul who ever lived. She was the best little sister in the world,\u201d She went on. \u201cThe best daughter, the best granddaughter and the best godma \/ aunty to Ava and Alia. We miss you so much sis. More than you could ever realize. We\u2019re all broken. Because a piece of you was in each of us, those pieces were ripped out of us when you left. We will never be the same. Each and every little thing makes me think of you. From the sun rays, to the sunset.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Angela Lee closed the statement by encouraging people. \u201ccheck on your loved ones\u201d To do this repeatedly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGive them hugs and tell them how much they mean to you,\u201d She continued. \u201cYou just never know.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It was not possible to determine the cause of death.<\/p>\n<p>NBC News <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/news\/sports\/victoria-lee-rising-mma-star-dies-18-rcna64853\">Noted<\/a> ONE Championship, a global sports media platform, released a statement saying that it was dissolved. \u201cdevastated over the tragic passing of Victoria Lee.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am heartbroken by Victoria Lee\u2019s passing.
