Don\u2019t worry about a thing,\u2019\u201d he continued while walking around the room in an exaggerated crouched position.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI literally walked out like that,\u201d the \u201cX-Men\u201d actor said with a grin while still crouching. Jackman also revealed that in the first movie, he never wore shoes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe rule was, unless they were a kid, they had to be taller than me,\u201d he continued. \u201cI was literally crouching like that, shoes off, people were on planks and boxes all around me. So they went to a great effort. And I think after a while, they just gave up on that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The actor has been thinking a lot about his time as Wolverine as he gears up to reprise the role for \u201cDeadpool 3\u201d opposite Ryan Reynolds.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHow do I categorize it?\u201d Jackman <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/hugh-jackman-discusses-wolverines-addition-to-deadpool-3-cast-says-they-hate-each-other\">said<\/a> of how his character would interact with Reynolds as Deadpool. \u201cTen being really close, zero being the reality: we\u2019re zero; we\u2019re opposites, hate each other.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m just talking from my perspective,\u201d he continued. \u201c[Logan is] frustrated by him [and] wants to be a million miles away from him or wants to punch him in the head. Unfortunately, he can\u2019t be a million miles away from him in this movie, so I\u2019m probably going to punch him in the head a lot.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Most recently, fans were delighted when Jackman posted a joke video begging the Academy not to nominate Reynolds for his song \u201cGood Afternoon,\u201d as The Daily Wire previously <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/watch-hugh-jackman-begs-academy-not-to-nominate-ryan-reynolds\">reported<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRyan Reynolds getting a nomination in the best song category would make the next year of my life insufferable,\u201d the \u201cGreatest Showman\u201d actor said in part. \u201cI mean, I have to spend a year with him shooting \u2018Wolverine\u2019 and \u2018Deadpool,\u2019 and trust me, it would be impossible, it would be a problem.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The two actors have a mock rivalry that\u2019s been going on for years and will apparently continue as they begin shooting \u201cDeadpool 3\u201d this May for an intended November 2024 release.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hugh Jackman revealed how he managed to nab the part of Wolverine in the Marvel Cinematic Universe despite being significantly taller than the character.
