At such times, reality hits home, and most people don\u2019t even notice it. But that\u2019s exactly what happened with the announcement of the findings of a major scientific study. In a split second reality overtook ideologies as left-leaning journalists shared this study&#8217;s results without even considering its implications.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m referring to the news, first <a href=\"https:\/\/fortune.com\/2022\/12\/28\/women-more-empathetic-than-men-cognitive-empathy-study\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a> Fortune.com has many resources <a href=\"https:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/news\/women-more-empathetic-men-study-210406085.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">that<\/a>, \u201cWomen are more empathetic than men, study of hundreds of thousands of people finds\u2014at any age and in any country in the world.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>I will respond <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DrMichaelLBrown\/status\/1609744172910608386\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tweeted<\/a> sarcastically, \u201cA major new study has revealed that \u2018women are more empathetic than men.\u2019 This leads to two startling revelations: 1) there is such a thing as women and men. \u00a02) there are real differences between women and men. What do you know!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Yes. It was presupposed in the major international study which involved 300,000. They do exist and can be identified, despite attempts to deny it. \u201cwoman\u201d (and, by extension). \u201cman\u201d undefinable. (Think of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson\u2019s now <a href=\"https:\/\/www.christianpost.com\/voices\/justice-jackson-are-you-a-woman.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">infamous answer<\/a> To the \u201cWhat is a woman?\u201d question, and see Matt Walsh\u2019s \u201cWhat Is a Woman?\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bing.com\/videos\/search?q=matt+walsh+what+is+a+woman+watch+trailer&#038;view=detail&#038;mid=74A69815226F6F4F537574A69815226F6F4F5375&#038;FORM=VIRE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">documentary<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>The study would be meaningless without this presupposition. The study would be impossible to conduct. We would only have differences between humans and animals. That\u2019s it!<\/p>\n<p>Since sex and gender only reflect what we believe them to be, it is impossible to report on the differences between men and women. Instead, we could have differences among humans and the results would be. \u201cOn average, certain humans are more empathetic than other humans.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It would be like doing a major survey comparing the health of taller people (let\u2019s say people 6 feet tall or more) to shorter people (here, under 6 feet tall). If height could be measured and definable, it would make sense. If my height was what I perceive it to be, then so much for the study. It would be meaningless and pointless.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s the same with differences between the sexes. These scientific studies are useless if sex (and therefore gender) is not what I perceive. After all, if I\u2019m a biological male who identifies as a female, then I have undermined the whole premise of the study.<\/p>\n<p>Then, how did the health study&#8217;s creators craft their questions to find concrete and substantive answers?<\/p>\n<p>Click on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yourbraintype.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">test itself<\/a>Under the auspices of University of Cambridge, you will be asked a series of background and questions. \u201cWhat is your age?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This reminds us of the importance of \u201cage\u201d It is not a matter if we perceive ourselves as younger or older than actual years. Your birth year is the best way to determine your age. It is a fact.<\/p>\n<p>The second question is: \u201cWhat was your biological sex assigned at birth?\u201d What do you know?<\/p>\n<p>The survey must be able to verify biological reality. To repeat, the survey lacks any meaning.<\/p>\n<p>Quite tellingly, in today\u2019s upside down culture, you can\u2019t simply ask, \u201cWhat is your sex?\u201d Instead, ask your doctor what information was on your birth certificate at the time you were born. It is important to know your biological sex!<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, the survey provided the following options: \u201cMale; Female; Intersex; I prefer not to say; I do not know.\u201d (Are you really supposed to believe some people? <em>Do not ask<\/em> What if they were born males or females? We\u2019re not talking here about the very real biological category of Intersex, where there is potential ambiguity.)<\/p>\n<p>Given the insane state of our awake society, it is not surprising that the next question is asked. \u201cWhat is your gender?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The choices here are much wider (but not necessarily!): \u201cFemale; Male; Transfemale; Transmale; Non-binary; Other; I prefer not to say; I do not know.\u201d (Enough said. I don\u2019t need to add any commentary here.)<\/p>\n<p>The test results page is what is most remarkable. I took the test to find out how my score was.<\/p>\n<p>Under, \u201cYour Empathy score (EQ)\u201d This is what we are told. \u201cMost females score 6 to 16\u201d And \u201cMost males score 4 to 15.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>What happened to the other categories? What happened with the transfemales?<\/p>\n<p>These categories are no longer relevant. They have been replaced by differences between \u201cfemales\u201d And \u201cmales,\u201d Question 2: What was your biological sex when you were born? That\u2019s what really matters.<\/p>\n<p>You will find the explanation on the test results page. \u201cOn average, more men than women have a Type S brain type and more women than men have a Type E brain type. It is suggested that these brain types are caused by genetic and prenatal hormonal levels (2,3), as well as by environmental factors.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fortune.com reported that \u201cFemales, on average, score significantly higher in cognitive empathy scores than males regardless of nationality, language spoken, and age, a massive new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.repository.cam.ac.uk\/handle\/1810\/344667\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">study<\/a> published on Monday in the journal <em>PNAS<\/em> found.\u201d The 250-word version <a href=\"https:\/\/www.repository.cam.ac.uk\/handle\/1810\/344667\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">abstract<\/a> The study references \u201cfemales\u201d 8 times \u2013 without qualification or equivocation.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, David Greenberg, a psychologist and social neuroscientist at Israel\u2019s Bar-Ilan University and lead author on the study, <a href=\"https:\/\/neurosciencenews.com\/cognitive-empathy-females-22139\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">commented<\/a>, \u201cOur results provide some of the first evidence that the well-known phenomenon\u2014that females are on average more empathic than males\u2014is present in a wide range of countries across the globe. It\u2019s only by using very large data sets that we can say this with confidence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Nancy, my wife, saw the CNN report in the most factual way. Both the CNN newscaster, and the doctor who was brought in to comment, seemed to forget that it&#8217;s transphobic and bigoted to talk about differences between men and women. This is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tabletmag.com\/sections\/arts-letters\/articles\/takeover-russell-jacoby\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">words<\/a> NARL (the National Association for the Repeal of Abortion Laws) \u201cWe use gender neutral language when talking about pregnancy, because it is not just cis-gender women who get pregnant.\u201d Of course. Also, men can have their periods. It&#8217;s all clear!<\/p>\n<p>I <a href=\"https:\/\/stream.org\/menstruating-men-latest-examples-transanity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wrote<\/a> In 2017 (with reference \u201cmenstruating men\u201d), \u201cThere is an all-out war on sexual difference (often referred to as \u2018gender\u2019), and if it wins the day, it will lead to societal chaos.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This chaos is already in full swing and growing every day. For a brief moment, however, reality stepped in, and the truth was revealed by news outlets.
