George claims that JPMorgan failed to report suspicious financial activities by its client Epstein at their U.S Virgin Islands Villa on St. James Island while he was a beneficiary of sex trafficking operations.<\/p>\n<p>JPMorgan declined to comment on the news. George being fired made it unclear what would happen to George&#8217;s lawsuit. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2022\/12\/28\/business\/jeffrey-epstein-jpmorgan-virgin-islands.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Epstein-tied profits<\/a> Including penalties and damages, as well as from the bank<\/p>\n<p>George was not even notified of the lawsuit until less than a month later. <a href=\"https:\/\/usvidoj.com\/u-s-virgin-islands-attorney-general-settles-sex-trafficking-case-against-estate-of-jeffrey-epstein-and-co-defendants-for-over-105-million\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">settled a sex trafficking case<\/a> against Epstein\u2019s estate and co-defendants for over $105 million. In late November, two anonymous women who were allegedly trafficked by Epstein filed suit against JPMorgan Chase and Deutsche Bank, claiming they were \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/lawandcrime.com\/live-trials\/live-trials-current\/jeffrey-epstein\/jeffrey-epstein-victims-sue-deutsche-bank-and-jpmorgan-chase-calling-them-complicit-in-epsteins-sex-trafficking-empire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">complicit\u201d in his crimes<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Epstein, a wealth investor and convicted sex criminal, was taken to jail on 2019 sex trafficking allegations involving teenage girls.
