This Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act was one of Biden\u2019s first <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/where-does-all-that-money-go-breaking-down-bidens-trillion-dollar-infrastructure-package\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">major legislative victories<\/a> As president.<\/p>\n<p>McConnell will join Biden as well, along with Sen. Sherrod (D\u2013Ohio), Governor Andy Beshear and Gov.
