Russia has begun to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/world\/russia-struggling-to-replenish-arms-even-with-iran-north-korea-aid-senior-military-official\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">run short on munitions<\/a>We are requesting help from Iran, North Korea and other countries to replenish rocket- and artillery ammunition.
