On Friday, she said that sources had revealed one of the evidence pieces that led to law enforcement officials arresting a suspect in killing four college students last month in Idaho.<\/p>\n<p>It had been almost a month ago that Kaylee GonCalves (21), Ethan Chapin (20), Xana Krudle (20) and Madison Mogen (21) were killed in their home. This happened on November 13. SWAT team <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/man-accused-of-murdering-4-idaho-college-students-is-a-former-school-security-guard-report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">made the arrest<\/a> About 2,400 miles from crime scene in Pocono Mountains, Monroe County, Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[M]y sources are telling me that there is genealogical DNA that was established in this case that led the police to this particular suspect,\u201d Pirro <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\/idaho-murders-sources-tell-judge-jeanine-pirro-genealogical-dna-helped-nab-suspect\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a> On the network. \u201cSo although that was, according to my sources who are very credible and reliable \u2026 if you try murder cases and especially murder cases that involve several victims, you understand that really the investigation begins now.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe issue is, what did he say? Who did he hang out with? When he was in school, did he talk about doing this kind of thing as a criminal justice major? He was interested in what the criminal was thinking when a criminal committed a violent crime,\u201d She went on. \u201cSo there are all kinds of additional evidence that will be gathered at this point going forward.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pirro stated, &#8220;In a case such as this, prosecutors would be investigating everything up to their closing statement during trial.&#8221; \u201cAnd I\u2019ve done it many times now as it relates to genealogical evidence \u2014 they literally can get evidence back to the 1800s,\u201d She said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd so, they find out who were the relatives. Once they figure out who the suspect is, they then start to continue to investigate, spread out from Idaho to the car to Pennsylvania. And they populate with historical data,\u201d She concluded. \u201cSo CODIS can give us that 30% solving of cases. But this genealogical DNA can give us a 90% chance of solving these cases.
