When those kids were little,\u201d She explained that the little children were her inspiration.\u00a0\u201chave demands. They don\u2019t talk. They\u2019re poor communicators. They cry all the time. They\u2019re irrational. They\u2019re needy. And you love them more than anything. And so you can\u2019t blame them. So you turn that ire on each other.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor 10 years while we\u2019re trying to build our careers and worrying about school and who\u2019s doing what and what, I was like, \u2018Argh, this isn\u2019t even!\u2019\u201d Obama said. \u201cAnd guess what? Marriage isn\u2019t 50\/50, ever. Ever. There are times I\u2019m 70, he\u2019s 30. There are times he\u2019s 60, 40. But guess what? Ten years. We\u2019ve been married 30. I would take 10 bad years over 30 \u2014 it\u2019s just how you look at it. People give up \u2014 \u2018Five years; I can\u2019t take it.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Former first lady stated that she could get mad at her husband, but she noted that she respected him. \u201ckind, smart person.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Michelle said last month that she believes Americans are racist, and that they weren&#8217;t ready for her to become first lady. She also suggested that she doesn&#8217;t think she can wear braids because she didn&#8217;t believe she could.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs black women, we deal with it, the whole thing about do you show up with your natural hair,\u201d Obama made these remarks during an interview with Ellen DeGeneres (Hollywood celebrity) this week. \u201cAs first lady, I did not wear braids. Being the first \u2026 yeah, we had to ease up on the people. Cause I thought about it. I was like, it would be easier. Nope, nope.
