DHS officials made this statement:<\/p>\n<p>While we will continue to control the border, we have to do so within the confines of a decades-old immigration system everyone agrees is broken. Congress must pass comprehensive immigration reform legislation that President Biden introduced the day he assumed office.<\/p>\n<p>After a federal judge, the decision was made <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/11\/15\/judge-strikes-down-title-42-opens-borders\/\">struck down<\/a> Title 42 was last month, and while the Biden administration did not ask the court to protect the public health authority (the court has not been asked), 19 states succeeded in getting Chief Justice John Roberts <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/12\/19\/chief-justice-john-roberts-puts-brakes-on-bidens-ending-title-42-at-border\/\">to issue<\/a> Last week, an administrative stay.<\/p>\n<p>Biden was inaugurated immediately after he took office. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/01\/20\/joe-bidens-amnesty-bill-elevates-migrants-sidelines-americans\/\">introduced the plan<\/a> That would be great! <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/01\/21\/biden-amnesty-seeks-indefinite-democrat-majority-with-quick-u-s-citizenship-for-illegal-aliens\/\">give amnesty<\/a> to the nation\u2019s roughly 11 to 22 million illegal aliens, while also expanding legal immigrations to import more foreign workers against whom working and middle class Americans would have to compete for U.S. jobs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"a8d-pre\"><strong><em>John Binder is a reporter at Breitbart News.
