I am sorry.<\/p>\n<p>Litkouhi reached out to the Mackinac Center Legal Foundation who filed a suit against the school district. To release details about the program to the mother, Litkouhi requested information under the Freedom of Information Act. This request was also denied. <\/p>\n<p>The Oakland County Circuit Court has now ruled in support of the school district&#8217;s claim, that teachers are not public employees because they belong to a teachers union. <\/p>\n<p>Mackinac will appeal the absurd ruling. <\/p>\n<p>Forget the legalities, let&#8217;s just look at the horrendous reality perpetrated by teachers unions in public schools against parents and children across America. <\/p>\n<p>Check out the website of American Federation of Teachers. It is the second-largest teachers union in America. It&#8217;s an unapologetic megaphone of America&#8217;s left. <\/p>\n<p>According to Investopedia &#8220;A labor union is an organization formed by workers &#8230; for the purpose of improving pay, benefits, and working conditions.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Teachers unions can be more than just this.
