One vulnerable incumbent, Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT), <a href=\"https:\/\/townhall.com\/tipsheet\/rebeccadowns\/2022\/12\/12\/this-vulnerable-democrat-may-not-run-in-2024-n2617048\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">isn&#8217;t sure<\/a> If he will run again. As it turns out, it&#8217;s not just Democrats. POLITICO&#8217;s Burgess Everett was on Tuesday <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2022\/12\/21\/romney-run-trump-senate-reelection-00074780\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">highlighted how<\/a> Senator Mitt Romney (R.UT), is weighing his options regarding a second term in the Senate.<\/p>\n<p>Everett mentioned in his piece that Romney has never had a problem feuding against Trump. He has voted against his party. <a href=\"https:\/\/townhall.com\/tipsheet\/katiepavlich\/2022\/10\/12\/trump-hammers-romney-over-his-backstabbing-of-senator-mike-lee-n2614423\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">and Trump<\/a>In another way: <a href=\"https:\/\/townhall.com\/tipsheet\/rebeccadowns\/2022\/09\/30\/is-mitt-romney-trying-to-sabotage-mike-lee-n2613811\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">by refusing to endorse<\/a> Senator Mike Lee (R.UT), for reelection to Evan McMullin&#8217;s seat. He was running as an independent and claimed both candidates were his close friends. Lee was elected to the Senate in recent years. <a href=\"https:\/\/results.decisiondeskhq.com\/national\/2022-senate\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">won last month<\/a> By slightly more than 10 percent.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Romney believes he can win. &#8220;frankly, not a question in my mind.&#8221; It isn&#8217;t a sure thing that he will run for office, even if it seems like he might win. &#8220;So I\u2019m convinced that if I run, I win. But that\u2019s a decision I\u2019ll make,&#8221; Everett quotes him saying that Romney is &#8220;preparing to run again&#8221; and taking the necessary steps like &#8220;making sure I have the right people.&#8221; Romney spoke however. &#8220;but I haven\u2019t made a decision, finally. And probably won\u2019t do that anytime in the immediate future.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Everett also pointed out that any electoral roadblocks Romney might face would come in a Republican primaries.
