Maricopa County Superior Judge Peter Thompson gave her only two days to go through the trial. He issued his ruling right away, even though it could have taken many days. It was one of the most important and largest cases in the country. Legal experts suspect that his decision was ghostwritten. Marc Elias and other top left-wing attorneys may have emailed him.<\/p>\n<p>Thompson&#8217;s additional requirements should not have been the standard. Thompson wouldn&#8217;t have added extra requirements to make the law work if inner city blacks had been denied voting rights. Robert Gouveia, a rare attorney who isn\u2019t afraid to speak up and who <a data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/twitter.com\/robgouveiaesq&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1672096981293000&#038;usg=AOvVaw08juK6gTkHxorftxRucspv\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/robgouveiaesq\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">describes<\/a> He watches judges, prosecutors and politicians. <a data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/arizonasuntimes.com\/2022\/12\/24\/legal-experts-weigh-in-on-the-merits-of-kari-lakes-election-lawsuit\/&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1672096981293000&#038;usg=AOvVaw0FEt-MjULrH-1tjIlaljBq\" href=\"https:\/\/arizonasuntimes.com\/2022\/12\/24\/legal-experts-weigh-in-on-the-merits-of-kari-lakes-election-lawsuit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a> The standard should have been voter suppression. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Instead, Thompson\u00a0<a data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.clerkofcourt.maricopa.gov\/home\/showpublisheddocument\/4531\/638074764564181393&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1672096981293000&#038;usg=AOvVaw0OsbNvPnVazfGfR0wKmn7b\" href=\"https:\/\/www.clerkofcourt.maricopa.gov\/home\/showpublisheddocument\/4531\/638074764564181393\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a>\u00a0Lake had to prove that a printer was intentionally changed by an election official in order for the election to be rerun. This did, however, affect the outcome. Many of the alarming election anomalies were explained by Lake as accidental or coincidental. He didn&#8217;t pay attention to the majority of them. His opinion was only eight pages in length, a display of arrogance.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Thompson completely ignored all the voters who saw the long lines and gave up trying to vote, as if they didn\u2019t count.
