In all likelihood we\u2019ll have another tough day tomorrow as we work our way out of this,\u201d Bob Jordan, chief executive, said this in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/southwests-troubles-mount-as-airline-scraps-more-than-half-its-flights-11672084678?mod=djemalertNEWS\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">interview<\/a> Monday evening with the Wall Street Journal \u201cThis is the largest scale event that I\u2019ve ever seen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ryan Green, Southwest&#8217;s Chief Commercial Officer, told the outlet that Southwest would reimburse passengers who had to stay in hotels or rent cars.
