You know, my advice for him includes shaving his head, my advice for him includes deepening his voice,\u201d Shin was told by Shkreli about Shin <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=9B13IUpGWqg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">podcast <\/a><a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=9B13IUpGWqg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Unchained<\/a><a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=9B13IUpGWqg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">.<\/a> \u201cSam is going to have a lot of issues because he is a bit of an effeminate guy, and his demeanor, some people say [an] autistic sort of sense or sensibility is not something that goes over well in prison.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Shkreli was found guilty in federal court of two counts of securities fraud, and one count for conspiring to commit securitiesfraud after investors discovered that he had lied about two hedge funds and the pharmaceutical company he started. Shkreli was sentenced for seven years in federal jail in 2018, before being released in May 2022. <\/p>\n<p>Before that, Shkreli was widely criticized for raising the price of a vital drug used to treat AIDS by 5,455% and then posting on social media that he was disappointed he didn\u2019t raise the price even higher \u2014 prompting widespread backlash.
