The menorial is in honor of the victims of a quadruple homicide involving in an off-campus home on November 13.<br \/>\n      <span class=\"copyright\">(Derek Shook for Fox News Digital)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&#8220;Thus, this lawsuit became necessary to protect Professor Scofield\u2019s safety and her reputation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Guillard posted a video Friday responding to the lawsuit, saying, &#8220;I am not stopping,&#8221; and questioning why Scofield needed three lawyers to sue her &#8220;if she&#8217;s so innocent.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin were\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/us\/crime\/mass-murder\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stabbed to death<\/a>\u00a0inside a three-story home between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. on Nov. 13. The victims were found on the second and third floors, while two female roommates on the first floor slept through the attack, according to police.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/moscow-police-called-home-over-party-weeks-before-murders-you-have-house-full-random-people\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>MOSCOW POLICE CALLED TO HOME OVER PARTY 10 WEEKS BEFORE MURDERS: \u2018YOU HAVE A HOUSE FULL OF RANDOM PEOPLE\u2019<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.idd.51326\/gov.uscourts.idd.51326.1.0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">The lawsuit alleges<\/a> that Guillard started posting on Nov. 24 and directly blamed Scofield, stating that the professor &#8220;had been involved in a relationship with one of the murdered students, K.G. Three of the TikToks either falsely implied or directly stated that Professor Scofield had been involved in a relationship with one of the murdered students, K.G.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/idaho-murders-moscow-police-chief-says-quadruple-murder-case-not-going-cold\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>IDAHO MURDERS: MOSCOW POLICE CHIEF SAYS QUADRUPLE MURDER CASE \u2018IS NOT GOING COLD\u2019<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Scofield started working at the university in 2016 and took the position of department chair in 2021,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/idaho-murders-moscow-police-chief-says-quadruple-murder-case-not-going-cold\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> <\/strong><\/a>according to the Idaho Statesman. She fears that Guillard\u2019s false statements may motivate someone to cause harm to her or her family members.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Moscow Police have yet to name a suspect and have had to dedicate time to helping control the rampant rumors and theories that have circulated due to the murders.
