Version: 4.0.47--><aside class=\"single__inline-module alignleft\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>Disgraced FTX crypto mogul Sam Bankman-Fried\u2019s ex-girlfriend Caroline Ellison was facing up to 110 years in prison before she agreed to cooperate with the federal government, her plea agreement shows.<\/p>\n<p>The former Alameda hedge fund CEO, 28, pleaded guilty to federal fraud charges in an agreement signed on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe total maximum sentence of incarceration on Counts One through Seven of the Information is 110 years\u2019 imprisonment,\u201d the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.documentcloud.org\/documents\/23495436-crypto-cooperator-ftx-alamedas-caroline-ellisons-plea-agreement-inner-city-press-on-the-case\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">document filed by the US attorney <\/a>for the Southern District of New York read.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement also indicates that Ellison and FTX co-founder Gary Wang had <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/12\/21\/bankman-frieds-ex-girlfriend-and-ftx-co-founder-plead-guilty-to-fraud-charges\/\">agreed to \u201ccooperate fully\u201d<\/a> with the feds, in exchange for which they will likely get much lighter sentences.<\/p>\n<p>However, experts say there is no\u00a0way to know just how much time Ellison could serve \u2014 which could even be no time at all.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo predict what she will get at this stage is impossible,\u201d Ira Lee Sorking, a former attorney for ponzi crook Bernie Madoff, told The Post.<\/p>\n<div class=\"inline-slideshow\" data-component=\"inlineSlideshow\">\n<div class=\"inline-slideshow__header\">\n\t\t<button type=\"button\" class=\"button inline-slideshow__nav inline-slideshow__nav--prev inline-slideshow__nav--disabled\"><br \/>\n\t\t\t<?php \/**\n * Carousel right alt -
