Her partner, Dodi Fayed, and the chauffeur, Henri Paul, died in the crash while Diana died at a local hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Darren McGrady, the personal chef for the royal family between 1982 and 1993, blasted the reported upcoming scene in which actress Elizabeth Debicki lies in an open casket. He tweeted, \u201cPrincess Diana\u2019s casket was closed when she laid in rest at the Chapel Royal, St James Palace.\u00a0I know, I was there.
