Families seeking asylum had filed a lawsuit which led to a federal judge ordering the Biden administration to lift Title 42 by Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>An <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/realDailyWire\/status\/1604959650788659200\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">order<\/a> from Chief Justice John Roberts stayed the ruling of the lower court.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTexas and other states are insisting that the Court leave Title 42 in place. Today\u2019s order is a step in that direction,\u201d Gov.
