Despite his health challenges, the 11-year-old boy is a YouTuber and wishes someday to reach 100,000 subscribers, which would earn him a Silver Play Button award.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n[embedded content]\n<p>On Sunday, Kori shared a video, through his channel \u201cKraken The Box,\u201d of Depp, 59, going above and beyond to help the boy achieve his wish.<\/p>\n<p class=\"a8d-pre\">\u201cCaptain Kori, I understand you\u2019re quite the YouYube channel man.\u00a0So what I\u2019m saying is I would be glad to follow your YouTube channel and will tell all my friends to follow your YouTube channel,\u201d said Depp, who was portraying Captain Jack Sparrow from\u00a0<em>Pirates of the Caribbean<\/em>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cI wish you the best of luck, I\u2019m your number one fan Captain Kori, all my respect and love,\u201d Depp added.<\/p>\n<p>On December 8, before sharing the video, Kori only had 1,000 subscribers on his channel. Since posting the video, \u201cKraken the Box\u201d has over 180,000 subscribers, exceeding what Kori was hoping for.<\/p>\n<p>A couple of days later, an elated Kori shared another video of him and the well-known actor having a\u00a0conversation through a video call. Depp continued to portray Sparrow while pretending as if he were on a pirate ship.<\/p>\n[embedded content]\n<p class=\"a8d-pre\">Depp complimented Kori\u2019s pirate hat and was about to \u2018knight\u2019 the boy with his sword, but the video then cut to a graphic, which teased the audience that Kori would need to reach 200,000 subscribers before he would release the rest of the call.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>Youtube users commented on both videos, expressing their happiness for Kori while praising Depp for his kindness.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI love him so much for his giving and caring nature. I\u2019ve never heard of him refusing a request from a sick child,\u201d one user commented.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHow generous was that! Thank you to all those who helped to make this video. Go Kori!\u201d said another user.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJohnny has a kind heart for his kids and all kids.
