MARIO DUNCANSON\/AFP via Getty Images<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Brady and his soon-to-be former wife, model Gisele B\u00fcndchen, were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tech\/2022\/11\/16\/investors-burned-by-ftx-collapse-sue-tom-brady-gisele-bundchen-other-celeb-endorsers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">significant actors<\/a> in selling the company to potential investors. Both also lost millions in the deal.<\/p>\n<p>Livieratos has filed suit after hiring attorney Adam-Moskowitz, who filed suit against Brady, and another FTX frontman, <i>Shark Tank<\/i> co-host Kevin O\u2019Leary.<\/p>\n<p class=\"a8d-pre\">The lawsuit states that O\u2019Leary and Brady \u201cpromoted, assisted in, and actively participated in\u201d FTX\u2019s \u201coffer and sale of unregistered securities.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>The lawsuit charges that Livieratos lost his $30,000 investment \u201cliterally overnight\u201d when \u201cFTX imploded\u201d and filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.<\/p>\n<p>The suit alleges that Brady and O\u2019Leary perpetrated \u201cmisrepresentations and omissions\u201d while \u201caggressively marketing\u201d the \u201cdeceptive\u201d FTX\u2019s practices.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.gettyimages.com\/id\/1240601615\/photo\/miami-gardens-fl-may-08-tom-brady-before-the-f1-crypto-com-miami-grand-prix-on-may-08-at.jpg?s=612x612&#038;w=0&#038;k=20&#038;c=hMMydCncNCRw5PGSqM_kJN5_l0DelgPqqtJvzXFewBc=\" alt=\"Tom Brady before the F1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix on May 08 at Miami International Autodrome in Miami Gardens, FL.\" width=\"490\" height=\"612\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Tom Brady before the F1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix on May 08, 2022, at Miami International Autodrome in Miami Gardens, FL.
