It is, you know, a huge vista. It\u2019s an incredibly ambitious story that he\u2019s telling in epic scale. The scale of the thing is enormous I think for the television.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ford agreed to the role after the lead creator of the show informed him that he would be playing a 77-year-old \u201cstoic and somber rancher who must battle in the final years of his life to protect his land and family,\u201d according to the Times.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t want to reinvent myself,\u201d he said. \u201cI just want to work.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When work started on the show, Ford was told to approach it as if he was he filming movies that were 10 hours long with the difference being that there would be less relaxation time during filming because \u201cwe\u2019re working at a television pace.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Legendary actor Harrison Ford said in a recent interview that at 80 years old he does not want to reinvent himself and just wants to work as much as possible.
