He was 40.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/ellen-degeneres\">64-year-old<\/a> actress and comedian wrote that she was \u201cheartbroken\u201d in a statement shared with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/1358261\/ellen-degeneres-honors-stephen-twitch-boss\">E! News<\/a> after Boss\u2019 widow, Allison Holker, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/longtime-ellen-dj-stephen-twitch-boss-dead-at-40-apparent-suicide\">confirmed<\/a> the news of her husband\u2019s death.<\/p>\n<p>\u201ctWitch was pure love and light. He was my family, and I loved him with all my heart,\u201d DeGeneres shared in the statement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI will miss him,\u201d she added. \u201cPlease send your love and support to Allison and his beautiful children \u2013 Weslie, Maddox, and Zaia.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She later shared a photo with her 76 million-plus Twitter followers. In the image, the former host and Boss were embracing in what appeared to have been a behind-the-scenes photo taken on the set of her old show.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">I\u2019m heartbroken. tWitch was pure love and light. We had a lot of good times on the set of Magic Mike.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe was so sweet, kind and generous,\u201d she added. \u201cSo many people suffer in silence. I wish he could have known that he didn\u2019t have to.
