Jones claims she was terminated after refusing to manipulate the state\u2019s COVID-19 dashboard data; however, a state investigation into her allegations against FDOH found no evidence of wrongdoing.<\/p>\n<p>After the plea deal was signed by both parties, Jones issued the following statement on her blog: \u201c<span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">The State of Florida determined on December 7, 2022 that its interests would best be served by dismissing its case for \u201cexceeding authorized use of computer systems\u201d against me, a charge stemming from the December 7, 2020 armed raid of my home.
