Their comment came after Carl Paladino, who was running for a Congressional seat in western New York, said that Hitler was &#8220;the kind of leader we need today.&#8221; Paladino had made financial contributions to a variety of candidates, including Representative Nicole Malliotakis.<\/p>\n<p>Malliotakis said she could not return the money as it was already spent.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking for the Campaign Legal Center, Quinn said it was different for their group as his company isn&#8217;t a political candidate and returning the money was &#8220;not something we&#8217;re considering or need to consider at this time.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Reports have varied, but anywhere between <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/11\/12\/ftx-clients-out-up-to-2-billion-after-crypto-collapse-reports\/\">$2 billion<\/a> to <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/12\/02\/sam-bankman-fried-claims-he-misaccounted-8-billion-in-ftx-funds\/\">$8 billion<\/a> of <a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/revealed-ceo-of-cratering-crypto-firm-ftx-is-dems-second-largest-donor-behind-soros\">FTX customer funds<\/a> inexplicably vanished in early November.
