that&#8217;s &#8220;higher than what it has historically been.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve got safety measures, security measures that we\u2019ve put in place by store location,&#8221; he said. &#8220;I think local law enforcement being staffed and being a good partner is part of that equation, and that\u2019s normally how we approach it.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Yet the CEO argued that &#8220;a lax approach from prosecutors could impact prices and lead to store closures down the line,&#8221; according to CNBC.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If that\u2019s not corrected over time, prices will be higher, and or stores will close,\u201d he argued, though he noted that\u00a0\u201cit\u2019s really city by city, location by location.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;It\u2019s store managers working with local law enforcement and we\u2019ve got great relationships there for the most part,&#8221;
